Eligibility:
Participation is open to all businesses located within the Uptown Mt. Lebanon Business District.
Theme:
Window displays should feature a holiday or winter theme of the participant’s choice. Creativity, originality, and festive spirit are encouraged!
Display Deadline:
All windows must be fully decorated by November 24th, 2025, and remain on display through Monday, December 29, 2025.
Judging and Voting:
Community voting will take place from Thursday, November 27, 2025 (Thanksgiving) through Sunday, December 14, 2025.
Votes must be submitted using the official online voting form accessed via the QR code or website link.
Winner Announcement:
Winners will be announced on Monday, December 15, 2025, via the Mt. Lebanon Partnership’s social media accounts and website.
Prizes:
After votes are tallied, winners will be selected using the community results as follows:
- People’s Choice Grand Champion – A $250 cash prize will be awarded to the window display that captures the hearts of the community and receives the most votes overall.
- Most Creative – A $100 cash prize will recognize the display that stands out for its originality, inventive design, and imaginative use of materials.
- Best Use of Theme – A $100 cash prize will honor the display that best embodies the holiday or winter season through cohesive design and festive presentation.
Display Guidelines:
- Decorations should be family-friendly and appropriate for all audiences.
- Displays must be contained within the storefront window and not obstruct pedestrian access.
- Lighting is encouraged but should not create safety hazards or block visibility.
Consent:
By participating, businesses grant the Mt. Lebanon Partnership permission to photograph and share images of their window displays on the Partnership’s website, newsletter, and social media platforms.
Responsibility:
Participants are responsible for the setup, maintenance, and removal of their decorations. The Mt. Lebanon Partnership is not responsible for any damage or loss related to the display.
