A $25.00 application processing fee is required (pay below)

Instructions to apply:

Complete the application form below. Attach photos + description of artwork. Read the Requirements and Participation Rules (check box). Pay the application fee ($25.) by clicking “Process to Checkout”.

Three images (2mb max each) of representative art work (Jpegs ONLY) are required, as well as an image of your fully stocked tent. NO ONE WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A TENT SHOT. Applications will be considered incomplete without images. Please email these to info@mtlebanonartistsmarket.com or upload them below.
