The Mt. Lebanon Partnership is seeking a qualified individual to serve as the 2026 Uptown Market Manager. The Uptown Market is a weekly Saturday farmers market held in the heart of Uptown Mt. Lebanon from May through October.
The selected contractor will coordinate vendors and oversee on-site market operations throughout the season, working closely with Mt. Lebanon Partnership leadership and volunteers to ensure a welcoming, well-run community market.

Music Coordinator – 2026 Season
The Mt. Lebanon Partnership is seeking a qualified individual to serve as the 2026 Uptown Market Music Coordinator. The Uptown Market is a weekly Saturday farmers market held in the heart of Uptown Mt. Lebanon from May through October.
The selected contractor will primarily coordinate bookings for Curbside Concerts, our weekly busking-style music program held during the Uptown Market season, along with occasional support for other small Partnership events. Responsibilities include securing performers, managing scheduling and communication, and ensuring a smooth and consistent music presence throughout the season. Limited on-site coordination will be required.

Marketing Communications Consultant – RFP
The Mt. Lebanon Partnership is seeking a qualified individual or firm to serve as its 2026–2027 Marketing Communications Consultant. MTLP is a nonprofit community development organization dedicated to supporting the vitality of Uptown Mt. Lebanon through events, placemaking, and business district initiatives.
The selected consultant will serve as a collaborative marketing partner, helping to clarify brand positioning, strengthen messaging consistency, and build replicable marketing systems that support long-term sustainability. Responsibilities include developing a cohesive advertising framework, creating editable Canva templates for event and organizational promotions, designing an annual activation report, and providing ongoing social media strategy and execution support throughout the 12-month engagement.
